MY PERSONAL STORY
My personal health journey and struggles with digestive and hormonal imbalances led me to seek further training so I could better help myself and others. I was amazed in what I learned and surprised that much of my training was not part of the “traditional” education that most health care professions receive. Through this training and self-discovery from a mind-body-spirit approach, I found my health improving and energy levels increasing. My journey continues as I heal and my mission is to help and give hope to those who struggle.
I enjoy reading, hiking, cooking, vacations with family and friends, meditating and giving thanks for my daily colorful plate of wholesome food.
