I’m Audrey, a Family Nurse Practitioner based in McKinney, Texas. Outside of work, you’ll find me walking my dogs, exploring the farmers market, enjoying a good cup of coffee, baking, or spending time outdoors with family.
My path to functional medicine was shaped by my own health journey. For years, I navigated daily headaches alongside mold exposure, Lyme disease, and chronic UTI and interstitial cystitis symptoms and was repeatedly told that some people simply live with these things. I couldn’t accept that answer. That experience drove me to look deeper, and it fundamentally changed how I approach patient care.
I also believe strongly in simplicity. Health can become overwhelming very quickly, and in my experience, meaningful progress comes from breaking things down into small, sustainable steps, not from trying to address everything at once.
